Bee and Ari CosplayTable I-02 Ari and Bee have always loved making their own costumes, but they began cosplaying as a duo in 2022. They have won awards at Triad Anime Con, IbashoCon, and Cosplay America. Ari has always loved making and wearing costumes, but only really dipped her toes in the cosplay scene for the first time in 2019 as Oikawa from Haikyuu. She’s an incorrigible perfectionist, so she has an eye for neat finishes and details. She loves incorporating her various crafty skills like knitting and jewelry work into her cosplay. Bee’s first costume was Kairi from Kingdom Hearts all the way back in 2008, and she hasn’t stopped since. Believing that cosplay should be for everyone, Bee has had a strong focus on pattern-making, garment construction, and foundation layers and underpinnings, focusing on strong fit. On top of sewing, Bee also enjoys foam fabrication, embellishment, fiber craft, and design work. |
